Freddi Donner
Owner, For Health and Balance
Freddi has a very successful career history (about 20 years) as a corporate marketing professional and "serial entrepreneur". She has started four companies and learned hundreds of lessons along the way. Her companies include Custom Collexion (women’s fashion) and Marketing 101, Inc. (marketing consulting for B2B service firms), In 2004, she began Business Stamina specializing in communication coaching (www.businessstamina.com).
Communication styles can create and remove stress in the workplace. She teaches clients how to improve connections, and decrease misunderstanding by the way they talk.
Through her coaching, health and wellness, an area of personal interest since high school, became a constant theme with her clients. With the understanding that one can not serve others well if one can not care of self, she invested in additional training and became a wellness coach, helping others discover the resources they have in themselves to live healthier lives through small daily choices.
Between May of 2006 and March 2008, Freddi purchased, developed and operated a wellness clinic (For Health and Balance) which offered massage, nutrition, personal training and wellness coaching. She sold the practice in 2008 so that she could rebuild For Health and Balance (www.forhealthandbalance.com) to serve her primary objective: to deliver services to the customer(s) where they are: in corporations and at their homes. Freddi offers one-to-one coaching and healing, Wellness Circles (small group coaching), and workshops to help promote wellness in the workplace, and at home. She represents NIKKEN, a Japanese based company that offers The Wellness Home™ a collection of technologies and products that help with every day health concerns.
As a serial entrepreneur herself, Freddi also helps emerging entrepreneurs evaluate their ideas for new ventures.
Freddi is a married, has three sons and is an avid volunteer.
