Carolyn & Co. Media, LLC and Work Her Way

Carolyn Kepcher is the founder of Work Her Way. A high-profile businesswoman, often recognized for her role as an Executive Vice President with the Trump Organization, Carolyn is known by millions for her role on NBC's hit series, "The Apprentice." Carolyn is the author of the best-selling business book "Carolyn 101," which landed at No. 2 on the New York Times best-sellers list. She also writes the weekly "Your Career" column for The New York Daily News, which addresses business, career and balance. Carolyn is a regular on the speaking circuit, and makes numerous television appearances. Through her television work, she has spoken with national role models including Hillary Rodham Clinton and Roseanne Bodowski. She has appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "The Jane Pauley Show" and the "Today" show, and has made regular appearances on Fox Business to share her experiences and philosophies on women and business.

Prior to forming her company, Carolyn & Co. Media, and launching Work Her Way, Carolyn was Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization and Chief Operating Officer for Trump Golf Properties. She started with the Trump Organization in 1994 and was responsible for the day to day operations of four golf clubs in the United States, playing a crucial, hands-on role in the acquisition, development, marketing and start-up operations. Before her employment with the Trump Organization, Carolyn worked her way up the ladder of the business world, from her first job selling Avon products to various management positions in the hospitality industry. On the personal side, Carolyn is first and foremost a mother to son Connor and daughter Cassidy. She is also an avid golfer and philanthropist. She is passionate about extending a hand to women just starting out in the working world, and has spearheaded several mentorship programs. Carolyn's desire to create a place where working women can get answers to the many issues and dilemmas we are all facing today is what led her to found Carolyn & Co. Media, LLC and its first property- WorkHerWay.
